Ian‘s portfolio has seen him manage projects up to $1.5 million, working to TMR specifications.
An experienced Project Manager with over 20 years’ in the construction industry, Darren is the A1 Highways Maintenance Project Manager. Darren is responsible for facilitating and managing the maintenance works for both the Government and public entities on both minor and major arterial roads.
Darren’s strengths include his ability to effectively manage con-current programming in order to meet the client’s requirements, while maintaining a firm grasp on cost controls.
